Graduate School Office at ISTA

Current and prospective students and faculty are always welcome to approach any of the GSO team members if they have questions about the PhD program requirements, or any other generic inquiries.

Please note that December 24-26, December 31, January 1 and January 6 are public holidays in Austria and the institute is closed. On these days we will not answer emails. We answer emails during standard office hours (Mon – Fri 9 AM – 5 PM CET). Emails received outside these hours will be dealt with on the next working day. We attempt to answer emails within 48  hours but it may take longer during peak times. Please wait at least 48 hours before sending a follow-up. Emails are replied to in chronological order.
